About the Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Content Designer with expertise in creating user-centred content for websites. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing high-quality web content that meets Australian Government standards;
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to create accurate and engaging content;
  • Converting complex information into accessible content for diverse audiences;
  • Testing and iterating content based on user feedback;
  • Analysing content performance metrics and making data-driven improvements;
  • Communicating best practices in content design to colleagues and stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 4 years' experience in creating and managing user-centred content for websites, preferably for an Australian business audience;
  • Demonstrated expertise in crafting findable, useful, and accessible content;
  • Experience optimising content for search engines and using analytics tools to gather user insights;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with subject matter experts.
