Plant Enthusiast Wanted

We are seeking a motivated and physically capable individual to join our dynamic team at Golden Gates Nursery.

  • Fulfill orders and dispatch plants to customers in a timely manner
  • Learn about various plant species, their growth habits, and care requirements
  • Develop strong communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues effectively
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service

Our nursery is a wholesale plant distribution business that supplies major retailers and independent nurseries across NSW. We foster a supportive and rewarding work environment where initiative and development are encouraged.

About the Role:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
  • Show ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Meet physical demands of the job, including lifting plants (up to 25kg)
  • Possess a valid NSW driver's license and own reliable transport
