We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Trainee Educator to join our team. As a key member of our centre, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and wants to build a rewarding career. You will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge while working closely with our experienced educators and leadership team.

The successful candidate will be studying towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care and will have the opportunity to complete their qualification through our fully funded traineeship program.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with our team to maintain a safe and engaging learning environment that promotes the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children. You will also have opportunities to contribute to the development of programs and activities that meet the needs of our children and their families.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to be able to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.

**Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care (or willingness to study towards)
  • A permanent right to work in Australia

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
