Medical Equipment Sterilisation Specialist

As a key member of our CSSD team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleaning, packaging and sterilisation of medical equipment is processed in a timely and efficient manner. This will involve adhering to established policies and procedures as well as industry standards.
About the Role- Deliver high-quality service and maintain accurate records of equipment processing.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and report any non-conformance using appropriate methods.
- A minimum of 1 year experience working within a CSSD environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of AS5369 and its application in a healthcare setting.
- Certificate III or above in Sterilisation Services and a proven ability to apply knowledge in a practical context.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a focus on expanding your knowledge base and contributing to the growth of others.
