About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Radiographer to lead our CT modality in Tasmania.

This is a full-time opportunity based out of Hobart clinics, with part-time applicants also considered.

Relocation and retention bonuses are available for interstate candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical leadership of CT Radiographers across the state
  • Scanning alongside other modalities as required
  • Design, development and delivery of CT training programs
  • Contributing to quality and safety initiatives
  • Driving operational excellence
  • Professional development and training of qualified Radiographers
  • Supporting recruitment and retention
  • Driving innovative initiatives
  • Providing excellent customer service and teamwork
  • Promoting high standards of patient care
Requirements
  • Significant experience in CT modality across various machines
  • Deep knowledge of CT governance, resources and systems
  • Good business and commercial acumen
  • Ability to develop relationships with suppliers
  • Track record in developing training resources
  • Effective communication and professionalism
  • Teamwork and peer relationships
  • AHPRA Registration
