Festive Seasonal Opportunities

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic team members to join our Concierge Team for the festive season. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of our busy Westfield Centres in Australia and New Zealand, supporting our car park, concierge and valet services.

This seasonal role will run from September to January/February and involves delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers, welcoming guests at the concierge desk and assisting with their needs, providing directions, information and helpful solutions to enhance the customer experience, promoting and selling Westfield Gift Cards and other services.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be friendly, reliable and have excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our existing team to ensure that our customers receive a warm and memorable welcome during the festive season.

We are looking for individuals who enjoy creating positive experiences and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. If you are available to work a variety of shifts including late nights, weekends and public holidays, we would love to hear from you.
