Dynamic Leadership Opportunity

This is a key role for a senior radiographer to lead clinical and administrative teams at our Melbourne clinic.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing strategic guidance to clinical and administrative teams
  • Contributing to the promotion of our services
  • Liaising with providers regarding facility and service matters
  • Maintaining accreditation and contributing to the clinical workload
  • Managing teams and developing them through collaborative working
  • Delivering a commercially sustainable model with financial control and revenue growth opportunities
  • Participating in training programs and maintaining an on-the-job training climate
  • Developing quality management programs to improve radiology services

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Tertiary qualifications in Radiography
  • Knowledge of and adherence to regulation and statutory guidelines
  • Ability to communicate and lead a clinical team in a high-performing setting
  • Decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service ethic
  • Collaborative approach and professional conduct
