About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Personal Care Worker to join our team at Infinite Aged Care. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering resident-centric care and enabling our residents to remain independent.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver high-quality, person-centered care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  2. Work closely with the clinical, lifestyle, and hospitality teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
  3. Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues.
  4. Contribute to a safe and supportive work environment, adhering to our company's safety-first approach.
  5. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  1. 1 year of experience in the Australian Aged Care or disability sector.
  2. Excellent work ethic, ability to work in a team, and follow set safety procedures.
  3. Excellent safety awareness to prevent accidents and injuries.
  4. Ability to think on your feet and prioritize resident needs.
  5. Passion for making a difference in the lives of our residents.
  6. Positive teamwork attitude, punctuality, and a willingness to support colleagues.
  7. Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or have completed 1st year nursing studies.
  8. NDIS Workers Screening Clearance.
