We are seeking an experienced Survey Crew Lead to join our client's team in Chinchilla, QLD, on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small multidisciplinary team and ensuring the successful delivery of surveying and geospatial data management projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a small multidisciplinary team to deliver surveying and geospatial data management projects.
  • Develop and implement safety leadership strategies to improve safety outcomes.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering, environmental, and cultural heritage data management standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Extensive safety leadership experience.
  • Solid background in surveying and geospatial data management.
  • Experience in construction within the oil and gas, mining, or resources industry.
  • Strong understanding of engineering, environmental, or cultural heritage data.
  • Commitment to HSSE standards and improving safety outcomes.
