Mobile Experience Specialist

We're seeking an experienced Mobile Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering seamless and scalable mobile experiences for our customers.

You'll leverage your technical expertise in React Native development to build high-performance mobile applications with strong knowledge of iOS and Android for bridging and optimization. You will ensure applications meet scalability, performance, accessibility, and security best practices.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into engaging mobile experiences. Design and implement seamless integrations with backend systems and cloud services using REST APIs to deliver reliable, scalable, and performant mobile experiences.

Apply a test-first mindset, building automated tests (unit, integration, E2E). Enhance the CI/CD pipeline to enable fast, reliable, and low-risk releases. Optimize app performance through profiling, debugging, and monitoring tools.

Implement mobile security measures (OAuth, JWT, biometric authentication) and comply with privacy standards. Participate actively in code reviews, architecture discussions, and retrospectives, shaping how we evolve as a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain high-performance mobile applications using React Native.
  • Ensure applications meet scalability, performance, accessibility, and security best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and QA Engineers.
  • Design and implement seamless integrations with backend systems and cloud services.
  • Apply a test-first mindset and automate testing.
  • Enhance the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Optimize app performance.
  • Implement mobile security measures.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in mobile development.
  • Solid understanding of iOS and Android native development.
  • Experience integrating with RESTful services.
  • Knowledge of mobile UI/UX design principles.
  • Proven track record with automated testing frameworks.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern Agile practices.
  • Delivering mobile applications to the App Store and Google Play.
