Locomotive Maintainer Position

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Tradesperson to join our maintenance team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for performing complex troubleshooting, fault rectification duties, repairs, modifications and preventative maintenance procedures on rolling stock.

As a key member of the workshop, you will work in a well-organized environment with a strong commitment to safety.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct advanced troubleshooting and repair procedures on rolling stock.
  • Serve as a mentor and supervisor to apprentices and locomotive maintainers.
  • Accurately input data into the Maintenance Management System.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop quality improvement initiatives and deliver exceptional customer service.

  • A high level of technical proficiency in interpreting instructions and drawings.
