Clinical Educator - Nursing

Job Description

To succeed in this role, you will be an experienced nurse with a Master's qualification and recent clinical experience. Your key responsibilities will include developing and delivering nursing programs, engaging in scholarly research, and fostering strong industry partnerships. You will work closely with colleagues to develop curriculum and contribute to program growth in face-to-face and online modes.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Possession of an undergraduate nursing degree and a Master's qualification with a minimum three-year recent post-registration clinical experience.
  • Registered as a Nurse (Division 1) in Australia, evidence of meeting NMBA Recency of Practice registration standards.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or ability to successfully complete within 12 months of commencement.
  • Proven ability in the education of nursing students, including the ability to write course materials and teach in clinical and academic fields of nursing.
  • Ability and willingness to participate in research and scholarly activities.
