Senior adults, individuals with disabilities, and those recovering from hospital stays require dedicated care. Our organization strives to deliver exceptional support services while fostering a culture of respect and integrity among our staff.
About the Role:- We offer assistance in daily living tasks, transportation, meal preparation, social engagement, and personal care within the comfort of their homes or community settings.
- Our team provides flexible scheduling Monday through Friday, 7am – 6pm, with opportunities for weekend work.
- A minimum Certificate 3 in Aged Care/Disability is essential.
- A valid Driver's license and access to an insured vehicle are required.
- A current Provide First Aid and CPR certification is necessary.
- An Australian Federal Police Check and NSW Working with Children's Check are mandatory.
Ongoing guidance and supervision by our Care Coordination Team, comprising experienced Enrolled and Registered Nurses, ensure our carers' success. Competitive hourly rate $39 + shift loadings + superannuation. Exclusive benefits through our Rewards Program provide additional perks.
