About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Beacon Lighting Commercial. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all customers receive a professional experience each time they interact with our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with transport affiliates to receive and dispatch goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of stock.
  • Unload and load trucks, manage inventory records, and communicate with customers regarding general freight deliveries.
  • Facilitate the delivery and dispatch of stock while maintaining accurate customer records.
  • Work with various client groups, including builders, electricians, wholesale customers, and larger project clients, to contribute to personal and career growth.
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with customers.
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of the job.
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and computer literacy.
  • A team player with a strong commitment to safety in the workplace.
  • Experience using electric walkie stacker and pallet jack machinery.
