Job Summary

This role involves designing, implementing and managing Privilege Identity Access Management (PAM) solutions across the organization. The primary focus is on securing privileged access using CyberArk Privileged Cloud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement and manage CyberArk Privileged Cloud solution for secure privileged accounts and credentials.
  • Lead installation, configuration and maintenance of CyberArk Privileged Cloud components.
  • Monitor daily PAM operations for high availability, performance and security of privileged access.
  • Oversee full lifecycle management of privileged accounts across CyberArk, Microsoft Entra ID and SailPoint ISC.
  • Conduct regular privileged access reviews and enforce least privilege.
  • Investigate and respond to security incidents related to privileged access.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate PAM with enterprise systems.
  • Develop policies for privileged access in line with security frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Manage patching, upgrades and troubleshooting of CyberArk components.
  • Provide technical guidance on IAM best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Professional certifications like CISSP or CISM desirable.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in PAM engineering and operational support.
