Senior Hotel Operations Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced senior hotel operations executive to oversee the development and management of our 4 and 5-star hotels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contribute expertise from project inception to operational stage of luxury hospitality ventures.
  • Manage hotel groups, strategic planning, asset optimization, and performance improvement.
  • Report directly to the CEO and leverage industry networks for effective navigation and collaboration.
  • Lead with determination and ensure quality control across all projects.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in hotel management.
  • At least 6 years of experience as a senior hotel operations executive.
  • Strong background in strategic planning, asset management, and team leadership.
