### Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Deputy Principal to join our team at QETC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the educational vision and direction of our campus.

### Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development and implementation of a shared educational vision that prioritizes quality learning outcomes for all students
* Uphold the deputy principalship as a values-based, ethical, and moral activity
* Deputise for the Head of Campus when required
* Embed socially just practices in daily school life
* Set high standards for student and staff performance
* Actively participate in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development

### Ideal Candidate

The successful applicant will be an experienced leader committed to implementing an improvement agenda underpinned by QETC's vision statement of 'unlocking learning.' The ideal applicant will have expertise in student-centred learning with the ability to lead the campus in its responsibility to close individual skills gaps, develop language, positive behaviours, and social skills, and create future pathways opportunities.
