Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum

Job Description:

The Cloud Governance Committee (CGC) plays a crucial role in ensuring Suncorp's alignment with regulatory requirements for cloud arrangements across Australia and New Zealand entities. As the CGC Coordinator, you'll support the Enablement Lead in maintaining the pipeline of submissions, guaranteeing compliance with Suncorp's architectural, security, risk, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the CGC Enablement Lead with day-to-day administration activities, collaborating with architecture, risk, outsourcing, data governance, and security teams.
  • Maintain the SharePoint site, including access management and content development.
  • Manage the CGC mailbox and calendar.
  • Maintain the CGC Pipeline register, documenting and following up on actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Coordinate stakeholder meetings, developing presentation materials, documenting outcomes, and following up on actions.
  • Assist with creating project artefacts using the MS Suite of applications.
  • Support business stakeholders with the CGC submission process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in a multi-faceted program of work.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to drive outcomes within tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with the MS Suite of applications, including report design and development.
  • Understanding of APRA Standard CPS230/231 for Outsourcing.
  • A technical or project management background is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing principles.
