About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Associate Trainee to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). As a Logistics Associate Trainee, you will play a vital role in maintaining the onsite parts room in our data centers, ensuring the right part is in the right place at the right time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain inventory levels to ensure stock items are available to support build and repair activities.
  • Receive parts, check shipments, and issue parts as needed for internal customers.
  • Load and unload shipments and transport parts between different sites.
  • Maintain accurate stock records for all items within our care.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of all workspaces using 5 S principles.
About the Team

You will work closely with Data Centre Operations and Engineering teams to ensure reliable functioning and repair activities to support our customers, while adhering to our operational tenants of safety, security, and availability.

What We Offer

Requirements
  • Current NSW driver's license.
  • The ability to work on-call rotation as required.
  • The ability to meet the physical and environmental demands of the role.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Forklift license.
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
