Job Overview

This is a full-time position based at Caringbah, NSW. As a Warehouse Operator, you will join our team delivering exceptional customer service and achieving operational excellence within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service for all customers in store and in the warehouse.
  • Manage stock movements and maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Load trucks with customer orders for distribution and comply with safety requirements.
  • Unload inbound stock orders.
  • Serve customers in the warehouse, including loading vehicles with a forklift or manually as required.
  • E nsure documentation, labeling, and presentation of products meet company standards.
  • Contribute to warehouse operations, including picking orders, inventory counts, and general housekeeping.

  • A forklift licence and experience are essential.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to interact confidently with customers.

  • Confident and well-presented when dealing with customers.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and busy environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and deadlines.
