Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking to advance your career in property law? We have an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancing Paralegal/Conveyancer or Junior Property Lawyer to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

As a key member of our Property Law Team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile residential and commercial property transactions, including conveyancing, leasing, and sale/purchase of businesses. You will be mentored by a top senior property/commercial lawyer and will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your own residential property conveyancing files and assist with high-end residential/commercial property development transactions and commercial/retail/industrial leases and sale/purchase of businesses.
  • Conduct property searches and enquiries, engage in legal research, liaise with clients and other solicitors, banks, and agents, and prepare sale property/business sale contracts and leases.
  • Arrange and attend settlements, and provide exceptional client service.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 12 months (preferably more) proven experience in residential property conveyancing, managing your own files, including PEXA experience.
  • Some experience in leasing and/or sale/purchase of businesses (preferable but not essential).
  • Strong time prioritization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deadline-driven, proactive, results-oriented, and highly adaptable.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to a beautiful coastal city in Northern NSW.
