Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Education Specialist to join our team, responsible for delivering high-quality teaching in Health and Physical Education and specialising in Outdoor Education. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Department to develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse student needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A recognised teaching qualification and current registration with the relevant authority.
  • Demonstrated experience teaching HPE at the secondary school level, with the ability to create interactive and inclusive lessons.
  • Experience delivering Outdoor Education programs, including camps and excursions, that promote teamwork, resilience, and personal growth.
  • Strong classroom management skills and ability to foster a positive learning environment.
  • Effective communication skills with students, parents, and staff.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, including event planning and risk management.
