Logistics Coordinator Job

This is a dynamic opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our business. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods while adhering to regulatory policies.

  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing transparency in logistics operations.
  • Manage purchase orders to maintain efficient inventory and stock levels.
  • Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to schedule shipments and optimize internal and external logistics operations.
  • Implement strategies to reduce travel distances and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate data recording for logistics and inventory management, supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Contribute to production reporting by providing key logistics insights.

Requirements:

  • Experience and Skills:
  • Experience in site administration and industrial environments.
  • Previous experience in purchasing and stock control.
  • Experience working with SAP or similar systems.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks and operate under pressure.
