Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at our Tweed Heads store. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Build strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and making recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge, including our range of pet food, toys, and accessories.
    • Provide product information and recommendations to customers, ensuring they have the best possible experience.
  • Store Operations
    • Contribute to the overall success of our store, including maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to our company policies and procedures.
    • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

    • Strong product knowledge, including our range of pet food, toys, and accessories.
