About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lead Mechanical Piping Designer to join our team in Brisbane. You will be responsible for leading and supporting our mechanical piping design team with innovative practical solutions, across various client projects of different complexities.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our multi-discipline Design Team Leader to provide technical guidance and leadership to the growth and development of the technical piping design team.
  • Manage the effective delegation and preparation of workload across the mechanical piping design teams in our three design and engineering office locations.
  • Develop design concepts and create 3D models, visualisations, and animations using 12D modelling and AutoCAD to design mechanical piping layouts.
  • Review and provide feedback on vendor drawings and interdisciplinary design data.
