Airport Services Representative Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Airport Services Representative and be a key part of delivering exceptional customer experiences at the airport.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth airport operations and helping to create a stress-free environment for passengers. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure will enable you to provide top-notch service to our customers while adhering to strict safety policies and security standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality customer service at all airport touchpoints
  • Liaise with various airport teams to ensure seamless passenger handling
  • Supervise ground handling activities to maintain efficient airport operations
  • Direct passengers to their destinations efficiently
  • Verify passenger entry requirements (visas, residence permits) are met
  • C coordinate with airport teams to ensure smooth aircraft turnaround
  • Manage company mail and perform pre- and post-flight administration duties
  • Handle baggage claims and resolve any issues efficiently
  • Maintain compliance with safety and security regulations
Requirements:
  • High school qualification combined with minimum 2 years' experience in a similar customer-facing role within the airport environment
  • Knowledge of airport functions, including passenger and baggage handling, weight and balance, and dangerous goods regulations
  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends, and flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Sufficient knowledge of local laws and regulations governing employment and immigration
