Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer - Plant Maintenance to join our team at Marble. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for improving equipment reliability and reducing downtime.

About the Role

  • Manage equipment life-cycles, maintenance plans, and upgrade schedules to ensure optimal performance.
  • Analyze monthly equipment downtime to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead investigations into major equipment failures and downtime events to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.
  • Report monthly equipment performance metrics to stakeholders, highlighting key downtime causes and recommending solutions.
  • Establish maintenance standards and frequencies for plant assets, guided by a structured approach to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Define technical quality standards for maintenance activities and develop work instruction content to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Oversee project life cycles from planning to execution, ensuring operability and maintainability of equipment and facilities.

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary engineering qualification (Mechanical/Electrical) and experience in minerals processing and/or mining maintenance reliability.
  • Experience with operating Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and demonstrated capability in effective communication, feedback, and collaboration with others.
  • 2+ years' experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of maintenance principles and practices.
