We are seeking a highly energetic and experienced sports coach to join our team in Sydney.

About the Role:

  • Teach fitness classes for children, fostering growth and development through physical activity
  • Drive sales and promotions, contributing to the success of our organization
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal communication skills and setting a positive tone for the team
  • Motivate and inspire our young students to reach their full potential, empowering them to succeed in life

Requirements:

  • 25+ hours per week, including one day of the weekend
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to connect with people of all ages and backgrounds
  • Experience working with children, with a strong understanding of their needs and developmental stages
  • Background in fitness (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, or related field), with a passion for promoting healthy lifestyles
  • Effective leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to drive results and achieve goals
  • Time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Adept sales skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive revenue growth
  • Clean background check, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our students and staff

  • Passionate about working with kids, with a genuine interest in their well-being and development
  • 3-5 years people management experience, with a track record of success in leading high-performing teams
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and build strong relationships
  • Organisational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and building customer loyalty
