The Role

At our organisation, we are dedicated to helping our clients achieve their goals and maximise the value of their investment in our products and solutions.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive customer relationships that promote growth through increased product usage, user retention and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive growth and retention within existing customer accounts by understanding their business needs and providing relevant solutions.
2. Act as the first point of contact with assigned customers, coordinating and overseeing all on-boarding, training, administration, licensing and support of users.
3. Provide valuable insights through the collation and analysis of customer usage and sentiment data, published into a regular quarterly business review.
4. Serve as an internal advocate for your accounts, educating them on our products and maintaining lasting relationships, driving retention, identifying and pursuing upsell and cross sell opportunities.

Requirements:

1. Demonstrable experience in a technical or account management role is essential.
2. Experience working with geotechnical solutions and clients in the civil or environmental sectors would be advantageous.
3. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
