Opportunity Overview

We are seeking an experienced Financial Credit Specialist to join our National Credit & Funding Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collections of monies owed to Konica Minolta in a high-risk portfolio.

The role involves working closely with internal sales and customer service teams to provide high levels of customer service, resolving internal and external customer queries on a timely basis.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-ups with customers.
  • Identify and monitor accounts at risk of non-payment.
  • Perform regular banking and allocation tasks.
  • Provide weekly reports on collection activities.
  • Resolve disputes and negotiate payment terms with customers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in credit or collections.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • SAP experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • A proven ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Self-motivation and a strong desire to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
