We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our Wills & Estates team in Brisbane. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a genuine interest in estate planning and administration.

This position involves:

  • Liaising directly with clients and managing the new client onboarding process
  • Diary management and booking initial client appointments
  • Communicating with external stakeholders such as accountants and financial planners
  • Preparing initial drafts of estate planning documents and related correspondence
  • Supporting administrative functions such as scanning, printing, and filing court documents
  • Assisting with end of month billing

About You

We look for an individual who:

  • Has experience as a legal assistant or paralegal, preferably within a Wills & Estates practice
  • Familiarity with probate or estate administration is highly desirable
  • Possesses strong communication and client service skills
  • Has excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Is confident working both independently and as part of a team
  • Is proficient with legal practice management systems and Microsoft Office
