Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned IT Audit Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality audit services to our clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing small to large-sized teams and overseeing the planning and execution of IT audit engagements.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in internal and/or external audit, with additional experience in IT risk management, attestation, project assurance, or advisory preferred. A tertiary qualification in information systems and commerce or related field is essential, along with a demonstrated track record of client management, project delivery, and business development support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage small to large-sized teams of professionals, overseeing planning and execution of IT audit engagements.
  • Deliver IT risk & assurance services, including IT external and internal audits, service organization controls reporting, IT risk assessments, and IT project assurance reviews in multiple industries for clients.
  • Lead and evaluate the design and effectiveness of technology controls throughout the business cycle of complex audits, providing performance management for IT audit, risk, and assurance staff working on assigned engagements.
  • Write and present clear and concise reports and presentations containing meaningful observations and recommendations to clients, reviewing documented procedures performed and conclusions reached related to projects.
  • Support proposal and business development activities by assisting in identifying new target clients, building business relationships with key executives, and developing/presenting proposals.
  • Provide oversight and leadership to team members regarding deliverables, project plans, and performance management.
  • Remain abreast of developments in technology, internal audit, and IT risk management to ensure a fresh and industry-leading approach.
Requirements:
  • Solid experience in internal and/or external audit, with additional experience in IT risk management, attestation, project assurance, or advisory preferred.
  • A tertiary qualification (preferably information systems and commerce or related), with a demonstrated track record of client management, project delivery, and business development support.
  • Demonstrated supervisory and team management experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, and presentation skills.
