About the Role

The Enterprise Mining Probabilistic (EMP) team at BHP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead CPPM Planner to join our team. As a Lead CPPM Planner, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining 150-day schedules and integrating them with annual and 90-day project plans. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct probabilistic evaluations of schedules and maintain deterministic synchronization
  • Develop 150-day schedules, including physicals and haulage
  • Integrate schedules into rolling 90-day project plans
  • Conduct evaluations of options to maintain and accelerate critical paths

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who possesses a strong understanding of mine planning and scheduling principles. As a Lead CPPM Planner, you will be responsible for working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement schedules that meet business objectives. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, as well as developing and implementing strategies to improve schedule accuracy and reliability.
