We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Assistant In Nursing (AIN) in our aged care facilities around Batemans Bay. This is an excellent opportunity for those who possess strong work ethic and empathy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Changing patients' bedding to ensure a clean and hygienic environment
  • Updating and completing documentation and paperwork accurately and efficiently
  • Liaising with Registered Nurses (RNs) or doctors to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Serving meals to patients, promoting social interaction and nutrition
  • Showering and assisting patients to use the restroom, maintaining their dignity and comfort
  • Helping patients with exercises from physiotherapy, enhancing their mobility and well-being
  • Transporting and repositioning patients safely and respectfully
  • Recording patients' temperature and blood pressure, monitoring their health and responding accordingly
