We are seeking a skilled Interior Sales Professional to join our team. As a key player in delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will leverage your product knowledge to provide personalized solutions tailored to customers' lifestyles.

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of showroom presentation and collaborating with colleagues to achieve set sales targets. You will also engage with customers through face-to-face interactions and over the phone to consult and promote sales.

About the Role:

  • Maintain the showroom's visual merchandising standards and ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Collaborate with the team to drive sales growth and maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by identifying their needs and preferences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Background: Retail furniture and homewares sales or front-facing customer service experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of interior design principles and premium products.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate-level computer skills, including data entry.
