- Supervising junior staff and promoting career growth;
- Collaborating with specialists from other disciplines and offices;
- Identifying and mitigating safety hazards;
- Conducting all work according to policies and regulations;

Requirements include:

- Bachelor of Science degree in Geology or a related field;
- Proficiency in mine planning software desirable;
- Excellent technical writing and communication skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team;
- Advanced computer literacy and analytical skills;
- Extensive relevant experience, ideally in consultancy;
- Proven problem-solving ability and project management skills;
