About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Team Member to join our team in Penrith. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the exterior and interior of our premises.
  • Your duties will include performing routine maintenance tasks such as landscaping, painting and varnishing, and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.
  • You will also be responsible for receiving and rotating stock, as well as assisting with minor repairs and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of quality and service while ensuring that all areas of the restaurant are kept clean and tidy.
  • Work effectively with external contractors to ensure that repairs are carried out efficiently and with minimal disruption to customers.
  • Assist the restaurant management team in operating the store efficiently by maintaining equipment and buildings in prime condition.

Requirements:

  • You will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively are essential.
  • Experience in a maintenance or similar role would be highly desirable, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
