Job Title:

Maintenance Team Leader

Job Summary:

A team leader position is available for a maintenance professional with experience in landscape maintenance and management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating a diverse team, scheduling works, delegating tasks, implementing Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S), and liaising with clients.

The Role:
  • Schedule works
  • Delegate tasks to the team
  • Implement OH&S
  • Participate in hands-on maintenance
  • Prepare daily reports
  • Liaise with clients
  • Work in conjunction with senior management
Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience within landscape maintenance
  • Certificate III in Parks & Gardens or Horticulture
  • Capabilities in maintenance and minor landscape construction
  • Valid Driver's License
