Mixology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Service Professional to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a warm and inviting ambiance
• Maintain extensive product knowledge and provide recommendations to customers
• Operate the bar with precision and accuracy, managing cash handling and stock control
• Collaborate with other staff members to achieve sales targets and meet customer expectations
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a bar or restaurant environment
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and management
• In-depth understanding of health and safety procedures and practices
• CURRENT RSA certification and ability to mix cocktails
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
