About the Role
The Service Technician position at Rheem is a rare opportunity to utilize your trade skills in a full-time capacity. As a leading global manufacturer and iconic Australian brand, Rheem is committed to delivering technical product excellence and industry best practice standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to allocated after-sales calls with a professional and pleasant manner, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Ensure Rheem products are installed and operate within design specifications and relevant standards, acting as a Plumbing Licence holder for Perth.
- Evaluate and rectify appliance problems efficiently and accurately, or install and commission appliances in accordance with quotations.
- Maintain knowledge and attend Rheem training across the full product range, including Rheem, Vulcan, Raypak, Edwards, and Solahart.
- Adhere to good health and safety practices for yourself and the general public.
About You
We seek a committed, motivated, and reliable individual with a trade qualification in Plumbing, Electrical, or Gas Fitting/Servicing. Additional restricted licenses in Plumbing or Electrical are highly desirable. You should also possess a current driver's license with manual driving ability and be comfortable using electronic communication/information devices. Full vaccination against COVID-19 is required.
