Homelessness Case Manager

As a Homelessness Case Manager with Anglicare WA, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness. Your primary focus will be on providing case management services, which may include assessing client needs, developing case plans, and coordinating support services.

You will work collaboratively with other stakeholders, including housing providers, health services, and community organizations, to ensure that clients receive comprehensive support. A key aspect of this role will be building strong relationships with clients and advocating on their behalf when necessary.

To succeed in this position, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A Certificate IV in Human Services or equivalent experience is highly desirable, as is knowledge of tenancy and related issues facing people experiencing homelessness.
