About the Role- Provide front-of-house reception experience for members and visitors.
- Manage a high volume of phone and email enquiries efficiently.
- Coordinate the dispatch and delivery of mail, parcels and other goods effectively.
- Procure stationery and goods in a timely manner.
- Record and manage data, perform basic financial administration tasks.
- Maintain and update business processes as required.

About You- Sound experience in administration, interpersonal skills, computer literacy, communication and customer service skills are essential.
- The ability to work proactively with minimal supervision, drafting documents, correspondence and reports to a professional standard is required.
