About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our Data Science and Responsible AI practice. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing Responsible AI initiatives and strategies to uplift the capability of our chapter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute Responsible AI initiatives and strategies to drive business outcomes
  • Manage a diverse group of stakeholders to embed knowledge required to deliver on business and customer outcomes
  • Collaborate with risk, product, and technical/systems teams to solve data problems and positively influence stakeholders
  • Think creatively and critically to solve problems using tools and techniques
  • Develop and/or monitor statistical models, and experience using Python, SQL, and/or R
  • Build capability to support and meet the standards of responsible AI models, and experience building and/or testing Generative AI solutions is desirable
