This strategic and technically skilled Integration Lead role is pivotal in driving the planning, coordination, and execution of integration initiatives across enterprise software applications.
- Establish and evolve integration practices by assessing current capabilities, identifying gaps, and uplifting maturity across planning, architecture, and realization phases.
- Design and maintain a robust technical environment aligned with integration strategy, including future-state architecture and governance.
- Evaluate commercial impacts and provide expert guidance to support strategic decision-making.
- Drive automation and standardization by reducing manual workflows and enforcing integration principles, patterns, and standards.
- Ensure system coherence and interoperability across key applications, enabling B2B collaboration and real-time data access.
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- A Master's degree will be highly regarded.
- Extensive architectural and technical expertise across enterprise, systems, integration, and data architecture, including cloud platforms and integration technologies like APIs, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
