We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Liaison to join our sales team, focusing on managing and strengthening key accounts across various sectors.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have experience in handling administrative tasks, coordinating sales initiatives, and delivering exceptional service to national accounts. They should be able to ensure smooth operations, support strategic account plans, and contribute to sales growth across the market.
The role requires strong collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless supply into the market while building robust internal relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather information for new line form completion (pricing, codes, measurements, ingredients, etc.).
- Act as the primary point of contact for product, NPD, and OOS queries from merchandisers.
- Assist account managers with marketing and design for catalogue artwork submissions.
- Coordinate with local 3PL and merchandising partners.
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Tertiary education in Business, Science, or related fields.
- Experience in Pharmaceuticals or FMCG is preferred.
- Knowledge of current pharmaceutical trends and social influencers.
- Understanding of the retail pharmaceuticals landscape and brands.
