
US Financial Aid Administrator

We are seeking a diligent and enthusiastic individual to support the administration of the University's US Financial Aid program. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless student experiences across the student lifecycle.
The role involves providing advice to students and staff on compliance matters, monitoring and reporting international student enrolment changes, and assisting with the programme administration.
You will have opportunities to work closely with various teams, including Central Support Divisions, academic colleges, and external departments. Your skills and knowledge will be utilised to provide excellent customer service and contribute to the university's commitment to diversity and inclusion.
This position offers a chance to develop your expertise in compliance and programme administration while making a positive impact on the student community.
- Provide expert advice on compliance matters
- Support the administration of the US Financial Aid programme
- Monitor and report international student enrolment changes
