The Job

This role involves providing exceptional customer service as a Banking Consultant in our Retail Banking department. You will work closely with customers to meet their end-to-end financial needs and goals, leveraging transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and digital solutions to deliver an outstanding experience.

You will be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to achieve the best possible customer experience. Your passion for delivering on our Customer Promises will ensure customers leave the branch as strong advocates of ANZ.

  • Deliver a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer's banking needs.
  • Be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach.
