Job Title: Deputy Coach

We are seeking an exceptional leader to fill the role of Deputy Coach. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business results and developing a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and driving business growth. They will be passionate about fitness and sportswear, with a strong understanding of our brand values and mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with the Head Coach to develop and execute store plans, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and stock replenishment
  • Manage and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities to drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, community groups, and other stakeholders to build brand awareness and drive foot traffic to the store
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in managing teams and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders
  • Passion for fitness and sportswear, with a strong understanding of our brand values and mission
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities to drive business growth
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising principles
