Operational Risk Frameworks Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the effective management of Operational Risk within Macquarie Capital. Our team plays a crucial role in ensuring that our Operational Risk Management Framework and associated policies are upheld across the organization.
About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for preparing Operational Risk reporting for Senior Management forums, encompassing both business-aligned and legal entity perspectives. You will also serve as a global quality assurance contact for incident reviews, issue management processes, control assurance, and our Risk System. Additionally, you will assist in coordinating the Global Risk & Control Self-Assessment for the business and provide input to the Global Macquarie Capital reporting process. Furthermore, you will be tasked with the execution of Control Assurance, involving scoping, testing, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Operational Risk reporting for Senior Management forums
- Serve as a global quality assurance contact for incident reviews, issue management processes, and control assurance
- Coordinate the Global Risk & Control Self-Assessment for the business
- Provide input to the Global Macquarie Capital reporting process
- Execute Control Assurance, including scoping, testing, and reporting
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in an operational risk or related risk role
- Demonstrated ability in managing risk and frameworks
- Demonstrated ability in assurance
- Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
