We are seeking a highly skilled Banking Consultant to join our Retail Banking team in Alice Springs. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and shaping the future of banking in Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Provide customers with a seamless banking experience through transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and education on digital solutions.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver the best possible customer experience and act as a role model and peer coach.
- Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, creating real customer value.
- Participate in and support bank programs and initiatives, ensuring compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.
- Take responsibility for 'knowing your customer' from a risk perspective.
- Exceptional customer focus, with retail experience an advantage.
- Experience in using technology and promoting digital channels.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to change and ambiguity.
- Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Sound understanding of compliance.
